Deposits & Fees;
- All bridal bookings (excl. trials) require a 20% deposit. This deposit is due 1 week after I issue an invoice, (usually the same day you confirm your booking) in order to secure me for that date.

- All deposits are refundable until 10 days before your booking, at which point your deposit will be considered a cancellation fee. I am subject to bend the rules on this if I consider it necessary.

- An invoice for the remainder of your payment will be issued 1 month before the date of your booking. This invoice is due 1 week after it is issued.

- In the event that I need to cancel your booking, any money you've paid to me will be refunded. I will also try to find you an alternative artist and contact them regarding their availability on the date of your booking.

- I will do my best to work around any changes to the timing of your day (e.g. change of location, additional clients, etc.) however I ask that final changes are made and I am notified at least 48 hours before your booking. It is also important to remember that final pricing may change in this event.

Health and hygiene;
- If a client is aware of an allergy or sensitivity to a product, it is important they let me know. I will do my best to source and use products that will work for you. I don't have the time during an appointment to test every product before I use it, and it is for this reason that I do not take responsibility for any allergic reactions that occur.

Courtesy;
-If you're running late, I can understand. But it's important you understand what this means before you arrive. Late arrival means you take time out of your appointment, so while I will always try my hardest to finish your makeup completely, some things may need to be left out or simplified.
